Requirements

• Kubernetes & Container Orchestration - proven, hands-on management of production clusters; deep expertise in CRDs,
  Helm, and Operators
• High Availability & Lifecycle Management - track record of designing, operating, and upgrading HA clusters; skilled in
  rolling upgrades and disaster recovery planning
• Security, Networking & Storage – practical knowledge of Kubernetes hardening, CNI models, and persistent storage
  integrations
• Advanced Troubleshooting & Diagnostics - expert at diagnosing and resolving complex cluster level, networking, and
  application performance issues
• Observability & Monitoring - experience configuring Prometheus & Grafana (kube prometheus stack), Zabbix, and
  Graylog
• Automation & Scripting - proficient in Bash and Python; comfortable using configuration management tools such as
  Puppet
• Linux System Administration - strong command line skills and administration on Ubuntu (and other distros)
• Cloud Platforms - hands on with AWS services – IAM, VPC, EC2, S3, EFS, Route53
• GitLab Operations & CI/CD - hands on administration of self-hosted GitLab CE/EE servers, including pipeline
  configuration and integration with CI/CD workflows

Responsibilities

• Develop tools to improve ability to rapidly deploy and effectively monitor custom applications in a UNIX environment
• Design world-wide systems with a high availability mindset
• Research, analyze and propose new technology solutions for infrastructure
• Migrate current infrastructure / tools to new and better solutions with no or minimum downtime
• Take care of our production and dev environment along with our SysAdmin team
• Improve the HA architecture of our products or implement one in case of missing at all
• Administrate Kubernetes clusters
• Build and update Docker base images used by our development teams
• Work closely with our development teams, building and validating CI/CD jobs and helm charts
• Be tightly integrated together with our development teams in the application architecture design
