Our office in Sofia was opened in 2011. Our team is constantly growing and we want to reinforce our global positioning. We are therefore now looking to hire a person to endorse the role of: Sales Account Manager.




  • 3+ years of extensive Sales experience with international clients
  • Strong interest in Maritime transport and Logistics
  • University degree in Sales, Business, Economics or related or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently in a cross-cultural business environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, resourceful and goal-oriented attitude
  • Analytical and strategic mind-set
  • Exceptional planning and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Second foreign language is considered as an advantage




  • Using all their resources perform market research and analysis to determine potential new prospects and business segments
  • Develop and increase sales pipeline by initiating relationships with leads & prospects
  • Convert leads & prospects into new customers on a regular basis in region
  • Manage and maximize customer's system usage through proactive account management; maximizing utilization of our customer success team
  • Manage customer’s requests, ensuring that they are responded to timely and consistently
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing & Support teams to maximize our user’s product experience
  • Constantly improve specific business and customer understanding, as well as our market trends knowledge
  • Maintain all administrative tools up-to-date as required and instructed
