Our office in Sofia was opened in 2011. Our team is constantly growing and we want to reinforce our global positioning. We are therefore now looking to hire a person to endorse the role of: Product Owner.

 

Role

 

As a Product Owner and part of a high-performing Product team, you will build new modules, create new features, and improve the user experience across the different AXSMarine platforms. An active observer of customer needs and market trends, you will translate ideas and business strategy into product strategy, create the story, and follow product development from start to finish.

You are expected to understand the problem, analyse it, discuss solutions that fit our product strategy, solve the problem, implement and celebrate the achievement. The main goal is always to make sure the clients are really receiving value from the product.

 

Requirements

 

  • Solid experience in SaaS product management with a proven track record of managing all
    aspects of a successful product
  • Comfortable with complex problem solving to build best possible user experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, a true team player with the
    ability to take the lead and influence.
  • Good understanding of technical concepts
  • Ability to develop, lead and manage multiple large, complex initiatives
  • Very strong work ethic with confidence to work autonomously and remotely
  • Maritime shipping business and solutions experience is a bonus
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Full product lifecycle ownership from initiation to deployment
  • Prioritize and extend incoming requests, balancing client requests & ongoing development
    efforts
  • Lead and execute product strategy and vision
  • Work closely with the product and design teams to translate product strategy into detailed
    requirements and prototypes
  • Work collaboratively with product, commercial and technical teams to align plans, solve
    problems, gather requirements and find suitable trade-offs to unblock development, advise
    on how to implement a new feature, and communicate changes.
  • Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and
    issues
  • Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market
  • Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and functionalities
