Our office in Sofia was opened in 2011 and since then the whole IT, Data and Business teams are located here. Our team is
constantly growing and we want to reinforce our global positioning. We are therefore now looking to hire a person to endorse
the role of:
Junior Accountant.

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Excellent command of English
  • 0-3 years of accounting experience
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with ERP/Accounting Software, is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively across departments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable
    processing for several group companies.
  • Manage employee expense reports: review, verify, and post reimbursements in line with company policies.
  • Maintain and update general ledgers, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparation of schedules and supporting documentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Commercial, HR).
  • Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as requested by management.
