Role

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and bright person to join our HR team and help us attract the best talent for our organization. The person on this position will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process of our job openings that include IT, Data and Business oriented profiles. The Recruitment Specialist will report to AXSMarine’s HR Manager.

Requirements

• 1+ year of recruitment experience in the IT field
• Knowledge and passion about IT industry and its dynamically changing trends
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Fluent written and verbal English
• Self-driven, proactive, positive and resourceful approach
• Analytical and result oriented mindset
• Discretion towards confidential and sensitive information

Responsibilities

• Create and promote job ads through various recruitment channels
• Proactively search and attract candidates suitable for our open positions
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand specific department needs and coordinate the recruitment process
• Conduct job interviews, assess candidates and provide feedback
• Analyze the market trends and work towards strengthening our Employer brand
• Provide regular reporting on recruitment activities and progress
• Take part in other employee related activities of the HR department such as events organization, employee feedback exchange, administration, logistics, office management, etc
