Event and Employer Branding Specialist

Our office in Sofia was opened in 2011. Our team is constantly growing and we want to reinforce our global positioning. We are therefore now looking to hire a person to endorse the role of: Event and Employer Branding Specialist.




The successful candidate will be working closely with and reporting to the Marketing Director. We are looking for a self-motivated and talented expert who will be responsible for building, implementing, and managing a wide range of activities, maintain external communications with partners, carry out our employer branding strategy, produce high-quality content that engages employees and builds employer brand recognition.





  • 2+ years of experience in the marketing or communication fields
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proven track record in employer branding
  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
  • Communicative, creative, positive, goal-driven, and result-oriented mind set
  • Independent professional attitude and a team spirit
  • Previous experience in a software/technology company is considered an advantage




  • Organize and execute all company’s marketing presence at industry events and surrounding promotional activities
  • Maintain relationship with core partners and vendors (marketing collateral print and goodies)
  • Build-up and execute company’s employer branding strategy
  • Support the HR team in team buildings organization
  • Assist marketing general collateral creation – press releases, product overviews, company presentations, case studies, videos, emails, and others
  • Undertake and implement Employer Brand initiatives from concept to completion
  • Sets up and manages internal communication initiatives
  • Charged with expanding the company's online presence on different employment sites, developing creative ways to draw prospective employees to the company's website
