Requirements

• Relevant accounting experience of 1-3 years
• Advanced written and verbal English (good level of French is considered an advantage)
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems (experience with SAGE ERP is considered an advantage)
• Knowledge about subscription invoicing is considered an advantage
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to analyze and interpret data
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Proactive and cooperative attitude

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of accounting operations
• Prepare journal entries and assigned account reconciliations on a period basis
• Follow up with appropriate individuals for any needed corrections and prepare journal entries accordingly
• Reconcile statements between different tools and ensure accuracy
• Handling operational accounting functions for AXSMarine Group entities
